  Great bank, Melba D’Souza our personal banker is fabulous. We have worked with her for the last 5 years and have come to think of Melba as a very good friend as well as taking care of our banking needs.

  Bad customer service - Didn't get my checking account bonus and was confused about terms of the agreement, local banker was unhelpful, rude and would not allow me to talk to decision-makers at the branch. Hooked me with a sweet sign up bonus but never paid out. Steer clear.

  I call to ask the staff to send me a secured loan application and they said only the manager could do that but she is not in the office, I left a voicemail and didn’t receive a call back, I call the second time and the guy who answers the phone was rude and inpatient, upset that I call back the second time and started giving me attitude on the phone, very disappointed, the staffs are rude and unprofessional.

  Ciaria, Melba, Jane, cute 25ish blond (whose name I always forget) and many other have helped me thru out the 15+years I've been at th Des Plaines location. They are kind, knowledgeable and very helpful. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
