  I would highly recommend Victorian Finance. The application process was clear, efficient and went very smoothly. The processor was easily accessible by email or phone if we had a question or they needed additional documents. We worked directly with Don Fowler who was our local mortgage representative. Don always kept us in the loop of the application process as well as just checking on us in general as to how our home prep and packing were going. Don has a way of making the client feel very at ease and confident of his mortgage knowledge and expertise. We were very pleased and cant thank him and his Asst Debbi Allen for taking such good care of us !

  Cory Ward was a fantastic mortgage broker. He was very patient and explained the process along the way. He communicated well and answered every question I had, even when I was a bit overwhelmed. We closed on time, and he had all of the necessary work completed prior to close. Everything was organized and prompt. I would highly recommend Cory to anyone in the market to buy a new home!

  I've used Victorian Finance multiple times, and I've sent friends and family to Victorian as well, and I've always had positive experiences with them. In particular I deeply appreciate the way that John Kearney from Victorian has always looked out for me as a customer, and I trust him and his word completely.
