  Was given a false sense of optimism by banker with regards to applying for a loan only for the application to be declined. Was also told my lien would be released electronically to the DMV and told them to make it clear I did not want my title mailed. I go to the DMV the day my lien was released and found that my title was being mailed to me. My experience with them when I was a little more financially stable seemed to go a little smoother but it seems when someone hits harder times, you are no longer a priority. Extremely disappointed to say the least.

  Very nice qualified people....would have given a higher rating if the call to the third ranking person in there would have been answered so I could have gotten this done in one trip...but I do understand it...

  I had issues with another financial institution on closing my house. Even though I was going to be needing a loan to purchase a home in another state. Joan Jones went out of her way to point me in the right direction of trusted nation wide lenders that could potentially help me. I would recommend this facility and location to anyone that is looking for honest and sincere financial assistance.

  This location has removed tellers from the drive thru to touch screens with some people over web cam. Verve CU must be planning to remove any type of human interaction from their customers. Try a different location that has tellers at the drive thru or just go to another credit union.

Our video tellers help us provide better, more personalized service by allowing us to see each other face-to-face, right from your car (even from the third lane of the drive-up). They also help us to reduce wait times and provide service to you a little faster by giving us the option to respond to drive-up requests from other Verve locations, as well as extend our service hours.

  The employees are always very friendly and helpful. My biggest gripes are that I'm NOT a fan of their online banking format/system as well as the early closing time on Thursdays (even before covid hours).
