  Typically I've been very satisfied with the service at Verve. This last visit was not typical...called to get an appt. for opening a different account for my son. Got confirmation email that it had been scheduled. My schedule changed, so I called back to get an earlier appt. My appt. wasn't in the system. Apparently it got straightened out, as I got a call back stating the arrival time. Arrived at the new time at the branch only to be told that no, we do not have an appt. Thankfully Ashley took us in anyway and took care of us.

  Great experiences every time I go there. Went there today and Seth did a great job helping me get my card working and helping me figure out some other stuff. Great guy definitely my preferred banker. Also his hair is very nice.

  I have worked with Verve for a couple years and have found them to be helpful and professional. I appreciate their commitment to making banking easy for me. They are current on all available technologies which makes it easy to bank from a distance and they are always offering new ways to save money (like their Round Up program). Save to Win has made banking fun and their 90 day no pay programs are the best in the industry. Thank you Verve!

  I almost forgot to write a review about my experience here... I once came in to try to open an account by cashing a check, the shorter bigger lady came up to help me and was extremely rude the whole time. Basically I was given no proper direction seeing is that I just moved here, except I was harshly told to go cash my check at walmart followed by a passive aggressive attitude spewing excuses about how they're a credit union and bla bla bla. Anyway, I went to Collins just down the street and was treated much better. I've been with them ever since. I work two jobs now since my experience with this place, I wouldn't for once consider giving my money to companies with terrible customer service, just because your fancy building glimmers and shines doesn't make you better than everyone else.
