  Update: I was able to refinance my car after a year of payments and my monthly amount dropped significantly. Mario is very understanding and helpful and has been key in turning the situation around. Thank you Mario for all you do. Much appreciated.

  I currently have my car Financed through Versys and have had issues with the customer service I’ve received from my account Manager DANIEL. We have had situations that have escalated and I’ve had to reach out to MARIO which has been very helpful with me although I’m not sure it’s his department. When I request a Manager Daniel does not put anyone through and our last encounter he didn’t let me finish my sentence and hung up on me. I’ve never had to deal with this type of customer service from someone and I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated. Daniel sends me notification through WhatsApp which I blocked him in and told him that’s not a conventional way to reach me. Any other company calls you or sends you an email if they need to reach you. I’ve requested for another account manager or for someone else to contact me regarding my account and I’m pending response.. Versys, please advise Daniel he needs to be nice to YOUR customers and not hang up calls my calls that’s customer service 101.

  The interest rate is terrible it’s like you purchase a car and after a year you will still owe the same amount you started with they are scams if I can give them not 1 star I will they will sell you a car that has been in a accident and won’t tell you then when you return the car they start reporting you to credit bureaus putting a negative to your credit account they will make you sign documents as if they going to close it and for you not to sue them..... everyone be careful if you don’t want to be in serious debt don’t purchase a car from these people and not to mention Daniel is very rude he doesn’t have good communication skills at all
