Tom Engbrecht1Bought a new motorcycle and they arranged financing through Veridian. Shame on me for not looking at the reviews that clearly indicate the poor customer service that I am currently experiencing. They are really good at misdirection and wasting peoples time in my opinion. If you want poor customer service and like to waste a ton of time they are the best bank for you!

Wadina Grampton1This is a horrible and I do mean HORRIBLE company! They locked my husbands account due to a breach that my husband knew nothing about. Fraud team lying saying they’ve lifted the hold and when we go to purchase something or pull the money out, the card and account is still restricted! This has been going on for 3 weeks and til this day they are not trying to give my husband his money out of his own account! How dare you steal someone’s money over a breach they have absolutely nothing to do with! My husband veteran funds is being stolen by Veridian!!!

oliver ellis1BE CAREFUL!!!AVOID!!!SHARK The worst experience I have ever had with a company. This is not a credit union!!!! Pure and true loan sharks!!! Please avoid banking here, they will try everything to get an extra few dollars. After coming to the reviews I see I’m not alone. They will not work with you on anything or explain any information. If you don’t have a good understanding of Loans they will take advantage of you. I had my first car loan here and they took advantage of my lack of understanding. They would not accept my payments to get my loan up to date when I was under the impression that I had auto payment. You need to watch everything like a hawk or they will take advantage. AVOID!!!

Tori Johnson1Been a member for about a month and they've screwed me twice. They charged me an overdraft fee when I had never once been negative and they bounced a check after it had cleared (and it was marked on my account as cleared). Then the manager and the person I spoke with were both rude, unhelpful, and un professional. They wouldn't listen to me not would they answer my questions. I have previously been a Wells Fargo customer for years and I am switching back to them because even though they don't offer as much "credit" support they have never once screwed me over and they have always had my back.

M Klaas5I wouldn't think of banking anywhere else. Veridian has great rates, friendly staff, and convenient locations. I also love that their fraud team is proactive to help try to keep scammers at a minimum. Highly recommend Veridian!

Nik Schlein5I have been a member for over 20 years. Never had a bad experience. Website is easy to use. Branch personnel are great to work with. As someone who is always on the move, I appreciate the quality of service and speed with which the branch personnel conduct themselves. My experiences at many other institutions serves only to reinforce what a great organization Verdian is.

Johnnyb “Low Life Antics”1Not happy with the service of Veridian anymore. The other credit unions I am apart of are so much better. Somewhere Veridian lost its way and doesn't seem to care about its members as much as it once did.

keith risse1We closed on a Wednesday before Dec but they decided not to let the check go thru til Monday costing me over 500 more like 100 and possibly getting for closed on. Edit/reply. If a check doesn't clear on the day we close then the people closing should be informed this seems like a minor mistake on your end that cost me 1100 because you guys failed to explain, to a first time buyer. My first home loan and it took a month and a half, my first home loan even and you guys made it the most painful throwing my money away because I was ill informed.

For funds to come out of your account immediately you can always request a cashiers check from a branch. Feel free to reach out if we can further assist. NakedFairy5I’ve been with veridian since the name was John Deere commiunity credit union...20 years ago and I’ve never had a problem with either in that time!!👍 They helped me with a credit/debit card theft and refunded my money no problem! If I had to report a lost card they took care of it and if I was there in person had the card printed right while I waited and it was super quick!! Thanks Veridian!!😃 Ya never let me down!!😃👍
