      I withdrew money from their Mac machine. The money never disbursed. I went inside the bank to ask what I have to do. They said they had to do an investigation will take a day or two then I can get my money. It has been over a month !! Vantage Trust says they sent it to my bank to put back on my card . My bank said Vantage Trust didn’t send them the funds. The bank manager at Vantage Trust will not even return my calls. This should be illegal. They took my money and won’t give it back. There is proof the funds did not disburse. I have no other choice but to call banking authority! I will never get my money at this point ….. this should be theft ! They charge us for every little thing ! Awful way to do business.

      Vantage trust would not issue me a new card due to my account being over draft due to fraud charges. I was never told this when l had gone into the branch, but told the complete opposite that I would have a new card in 3 days. This is unacceptable. I know that l would not be able to use my card during that time. I'm really thinking about changing a bank closer to me.

      If I could give zero stars I would. The branch manager in Wilkes-Barre, I won't mention her name, is both unprofessional and rude. My mother, who has been having issues with her account since my father recently passed away, has tried calling multiple times to speak with her and will not get a call back. She even stopped down at the branch today and the "manager" would not even come out of her office to talk to her. Refused - said she was on her way out the door. I am appalled by the lack of concern and professionalism a BRANCH MANAGER has. She should be ashamed. Do not use this bank. Take your money someplace else where they employees care about you and your money.

      How to report debit cards lost or stolen outside business hours??? Teller line is a joke...it doesn't even have an option for this. Talking to a live person outside business hours? Of course not...Even the number provided on the website isn't updated with the current Teller line number which doesn't have a lost or stolen card option. Meh. I hope I still have money left on my card when I speak with someone at the local branch. **update: no atm's to deposit funds...withdrawal only!!!! negative rating!

      This bank has been trash for the past 6 years. They will do sneaky things with your account then claim they sent an email about it. The staff is totally incompetent. New staff each time you walk in. Which tells you that the management must be complete idiots themselves. Avoid using this institution at all costs.

      STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK!!! A BUNCH OF CROOKS AND LIARS! THEY. WILL. STEAL. YOUR. MONEY. HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS EVERY TIME I TRIED TO DO ANYTHING. STAFF ARE COMPLETE MORONS, CHANGE MACHINE NEVER WORKS, DRIVE THROUGH IS NEVER OPEN (NOW THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE ONE), WOULDN'T CASH A CHECK THAT WAS IN MY NAME, LINKED MY DEBIT CARD TO THE WRONG ACCOUNT, LIED TO ME AND TOLD ME I WOULDN'T BE CHARGED ANY FEES FOR THEIR MISTAKE THEN STOLE HALF MY MONEY, CLOSED MY ACCOUNT AND DIDN'T EVEN HAVE A MANAGER OR ANYONE TRY TO TALK TO ME OR RESOLVE THE ISSUES. WORST BANK I'VE EVER SEEN. DO NOT BANK WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!

      Poor service. Staff rude. Drive thru often closed due to lack of staff. I am handicapped and this makes banking almost impossible for me. I was told they would not be able to help me.
