      I've been a member here for many years-at least a decade or more. This is a wonderful credit union. I have nothing bad to say. I have not always had my credit needs met, but that is no fault of the credit union. Some of the staff have been with Vantage for as long as I've been a member. And I wouldn't go anywhere else!

      The front desk staff is professional and courteous...but it ends there. I have never come across a kind teller here. They are always very short and abrasive. Today was the last straw. After the rude service today, I closed all 3 accounts. No need in keeping my money where it is not appreciated.

      I always get a young rude teller, the only people I like dealing with is Stephanie.......just because of your location does not mean you don't have to be professional or either they are out of envelopes, I now go round wood river or south country
