  I am ecstatic on getting approved by VanDyk mortgage, especially because of the diligence and knowledge of my prime contacts there...Kathryn Paige, my loan originator, and Andrea Chapman, my processor. Both ladies were so responsive and helpful in sorting through the documentation requiredby the underwriters. The VanDyk system of tracking documents and assigning me 'next steps' was very efficient.
