Valrie Papillion1I opened an account here because it was smaller and more personable. I completely regret it. There isn't an ATM outside the building and hasn't been one for some time. That means I have to pay a fee at other ATMs and also I cannot deposit funds outside of banking hours. I get absolutely no perks but they're quick with the fees. Extremely inconvenient.

Their customer service is beyond the best and they treat you like family. They are always willing to help you with anything you need. Joy Pyles5By far the best place to bank! Every staff member knows your name and they take the time to get to know you on a personal level. They are always upbeat, have great attitudes and treat everyone like family. What other bank would take the time to call you on your birthday or ask about your son's soccer game? Pretty sure no other bank goes that extra mile. The customer service cannot be beat. I'm so happy we found Value Bank - what a great group of people!

Alfred White4Great service and everyone at the branch remembers your name and are quite helpful if you have a problem. I don’t care for the monthly service fee on the business accounts but other than that, no problems. I left the big box bank for ValueBankTX and it’s been a great relationship since.

At Chase or WF, you’re just another number to them. But at ValueBankTX, the really do value you and they will treat you like you are their only customer!!! Keep up the good work!!!

Rose D. M.5The Richmond branch is definitely, “Personal Banking at its best. They remember your name and are consistently considerate and quick with my transactions. Every time I have called needing assistance with online banking or one of my accounts, they take the time and make sure all my questions are answered. I’ve even seen the Branch Manager out at the drive through disinfecting the canisters and buttons. I definitely recommend Value Bank, Richmond. A local bank with high customer service values.
