  I would like to thank especially Jessica from your company who is very accommodating and patient with all my inquiries about my home refinancing. At first, I was adamant to move on with it because of what happened to the first loan officer that left the job and didn't bother to notify me at the last minute. However, Jessica, the next loan officer showed how helpful she is with the process to make the refinancing easier for me. I will surely recommend your company to my other friends for this!   We had an amazing personalized touch working with Chris Alan and his team. They helped us secure a mortgage for our 4 unit in Las Vegas and communicated with us effectively throughout the process.   Knowing that it was a great time to refinance I was very hesitant due to previous experiences of being denied and this time was no different with the additional financial stress of COVID. I honestly hate talking about finances but made the phone call to Steven Alzate with Valley View Home Loans. Best call I made! From that first phone call Steven went above and beyond to help us from start to finish in feeling comfortable with the process and in finding the best options for us to regain financial freedom. He was very honest, professional and gave me confidence that this would work. He helped explain the process and answered many questions. This is truly life changing for us!   STEVE, ALZATE, you are the greatest of all time. We found Steven, oddly on a postcard, through what I would consider to be junk mail. We were fresh out of the pandemic and I had all of the time on my hands to sort through needless mail that I would’ve normally tossed right away. Called the number since we were on the market for a refi to reap the low mortgage rates. We found STEVE! I make most of my decisions solely on immaculate vibes. If we get along right off the bat and I feel genuine energy, then I’m sold. Steven not only presented authentic caring vibes, but his attention to detail and listening skills were through the roof. I can’t stand when people talk over me, or listen to interject. It’s just rude and brings out a side of me I don’t like to see. Steve never did that. We all know that refinancing a home is a daunting and gruesome process. A lot of paperwork, a lot of negotiation, a lot of annoying back and forth for weeks. I can’t say this enough, Steve made this process so easy and enjoyable. We even met in person, chatted, and had a cocktail together at his office. That’s how enjoyable it was. He gave us the option to do everything virtually but opened up the door if we ever felt like in person felt better. So we did both. And I’m so glad we met in person, it was even better to cross check his energy and willingness to help us fulfill our needs. And we had tons of needs. Right off the bat, I sent him a list of things I wanted in order to not waste either party’s time, he was honest, transparent, and fulfilled every thing down my list pleasantly, and swiftly. He stayed in communications with us every step of the way and was very responsive when I asked 1000 questions and never made me feel like an inconvenience. My previous refi guy annoyed the heck out of me so I dreaded going through this process once more. Steve is a 20/10 would recommend. Who would’ve thought that such a quality person and quality work would come out of my “junk mail.” You just never know.

  What a wonderful experience I had doing my refinance. I have had stressful and long refinances in the past but George and Jessica made the process extremely efficient and straightforward. Communication was quick and the whole refinance process was fast. I highly recommend Valley View Home loans!

  Chris Allen was absolutely incredible work with, not only does he help you out with what needs to be done he also helps you in every area and avenue that he can, he’s great with numbers great financial guy, over the top to say the least. My experience was top notch from start to finish he did exactly everything he said he was going to do and more. I would highly recommend him, you will not be unhappy. I will not go anywhere else for other home loan or refinance. Thank you for everything, your the man!!!!

  George and Jessica were absolute pros. From the beginning we were communicating with us about all the things we needed to do on our end to keep the process moving along in a timely fashion. We’ve had other loans where the experience wasn’t as flawless. With George and Jessica I felt like I was in the right hands at all times. I’ve probably closed about 10 home loans and this is been the best experience of all. I recommend them and will continue to use them in the future.

  If you ever need a home loan or refinance I’d say John Gregory. Our Situation was not a typical cut and dry finance. I was a bit apprehensive to reveal the information that was related to my credit history and our situation. So many lenders said no we can’t help you, but not John. He told me on the first day: “We can till we can’t” WOW !!! He did! It is with great appreciation and tears that I say thank you Valley View Home Loans for a great representation of compassion, community, diligence, and professionalism that is presented by John. Finally, he did keep his faith in our approval and he took my unyielding calls with fresh ears, like he had never heard my concerns. His smile was apparent through the phone!!
