      I have been banking with them for years, even have a mortgage with them. Lately I've been treated like a criminal because they can't seem to accept the fact that I am not a representative payee!! Even with paperwork to prove it!! The so called manager is rude and acts like she knows it all. If she did she would recognize the difference! My business is going elsewhere now. Too bad interest rates are higher I'd even refinance my mortgage!

      Little by little over the past year after being a member for about seven years they have been doing horrible. Finally today (2-4-2022) they finally got me too that point of no return. No more cash advances at the branches except for the one in downtown and with a fee. Nope nope nope. I'm going to start looking for another credit union next week.

      Thanks for providing feedback. You can also access cash advances at our ATM machines as long as you have a PIN set for your card. If you don't yet, you can call the number of the back of the card for assistance. That should give you more access options.

      I switched from a regular bank to a credit union about ten years ago. I was very satisfied until adopted the same practices as the big banks. I no longer have a bank account and I am happy about it!

      While knowing it's possible for anyone to go through identity theft and deal with hackers getting your money, I have realized my money is secure here at VFCU. Although it did happen, a VFCU team member got my money back. Thank You VFCU!! You're awesome!

      Came in twice today to open an account. And still do not have an account. They are short staffed and i couldn't get the help i needed. Now i have to find another credit union to bank at.

      Grate staff best bank .. manager is grate .. i deal with destiny.. she grate . There hole staff is grate highly recommended.

      Bank is horrible about helping Vets that have USAA bank with no local branches.. You can't even pay this bank to help you...
