  I originally spoke with Jodi on a Tuesday inquiring about a loan. I provided Jodi with the information needed such as, amount and reason for the loan. In conversation, we discussed possible loan terms and rates. She said she would get back to be in the next day or so. I did not hear back from her until Friday morning through an email. She did not take any notes as to the dollar amount requested or the reason for the loan. I once again provided her with the necessary information. After not hearing from her once more. I reached out to Tonya Rocha, and she let me know that I was denied for the loan (which is fine). Almost a month later I still haven't received an Adverse Action. I had to call in and request one to be sent for my records. I'm not upset about being denied for a loan. I completely understand why I was turned down. I'm just not impressed with Jodi's customer service and lack of communication. On that note, I have worked with Valley Communities in the past, specifically with Tonya Rocha and had a great experience!

  Jodi and her staff at Valley Communities are the best bank staff that I have witnessed and done banking with. You are more than just a number there, they are very professional to work with and still all have a sense a humor when you walk in the door. Jodi and Tonya will go above and beyond the standard to make sure you can get your loan in a timely matter, even if they have to stay late to get you the loan the next day. Great bank, I recommend them to anyone.

  We love banking at Valley in Marshfield. They have always been very helpful with all of our banking needs from loans, personal, and business banking. Jodi has always done an amazing job helping us out when we needed a loan, it has always been a quick and painless process. Amber always greets us by first name and is so friendly. All the staff really make this bank what it is. You couldn't pay us to bank anywhere else!

  Best place around! Every employee knows you by first name almost instantly! Great loan experiences even though my credit score needed work. Everyone is so pleasant and goes above and beyond to help you!

  Jodi and the staff at valley in mfld are great to do business with. Always a smile whether going in the lobby or through the drive through. Top of the line service and speedy banking. I recently got a vehicle loan through Jodi. She had everything ready and i was in and out in ten minutes. With a great interest rate to boot. Outstanding!

  The entire staff at VCCU-Marshfield are very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Jodi Griepentrog who is the branch manager and who has always helped my with my lending needs is amazing. She is friendly, very knowledgeable and treats me like a member and not just a number. She is why I choose a credit union over a bank. We even were able to seamlessly complete my lending needs through the drive-thru during the virus quarantine.

  I always enjoy working with the associates at Valley Communities. Today, Amber helped me with my transactions. She greeted me by my first name with a smile as usual and completed my transactions quickly and accurately! This lady should get a raise! I could've changed banks because my work takes me elsewhere but I keep coming back for the superior service!

  Tanya Brun has been great to work with over the years, and has been especially helpful with our business and issues surrounding banking and out-of-country funds. Plus, she saved us considerable grief when I incorrectly listed our account number on an online site and had left to go to on a wilderness trip at the time. She's always professional and kind, and we look forward to saying hello to her when we stop in at VCCU. Thanks for all of your great work!
