Shannon Catt1They definitely need to work on their customer service. I went in to ask about a short term CD and the girl I was talking to had no idea about any of the rates, terms etc. She did not seem to want to look them up either. I felt like I was inconveniencing her by asking. She acted put upon. I ended up going to Unity and opening one there. People much more helpful and interested in their customer service experience.
