  Best Valley Bank! Staff is always friendly and helpful. I always feel comfortable going there and my dog loves them as well. Maybe because they bribe her with treats! Lol Last month I wasn't in the area and I asked two different Valley banks to order me deposit slips and neither bank ordered them. I went to Butler, asked Peggy and within a week I received them! Thank you Peggy!

  I have been using this branch for quite awhile, and I have always found the people extremely helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable about any and all aspects of the bank. Love and trust my bank

  Are they insolvent? I went in there to cash a check (written out to cash) from the local soccer club for me to pay the referees at my kid's soccer games. They wouldn't honor the check. The three tellers said I needed to have an account there. It was THEIR check (same bank & same branch), complete with all the security features. It even has my name written in the memo field. Aholes.

  Very long and cumbersome experience. ..had a line of customers at the desk and never bothered to expedite. Typical wait 30 minutes per person not a tI'm friendly bank!!!!
