  My daughter went there to discuss possible fraud on her debit card. She arrived early for her appointment and was told she had to wait outside. When her appointment time arrived she was told the customer before wasn't finished and she would have to go through the drive-thru although they saw she walked. She was forced to discuss confidential information while standing in the drive through, crying because she was cold and frustrated. The person in the drive-thru just conducted business as usual. Completely unacceptable. Her scheduled meeting should've been honored. Extremely disappointed in the complete lack of professionalism of this branch and failure to honor the time scheduled. What is the purpose of coming to the branch if I'm going to discuss it in a drive-thru? It's called a drive-thru for a reason.

  UWCU sets the bar very high for credit unions. I joined in Nov of 2012 after hearing that i had better chances of obtaining a car loan than from a bank. They extended a loan, and then some. I am very satisfied with my experience so far. Excellent customer service, excellent services period. Their online financial planning tools are great perks, too. I get a free detailed copy of my credit report monthly! You don't have to be affiliated with the UW to be a member. If you want to feel in control of your finances, and not constantly ripped off by a bank, I certainly recommend doing business here.

  Probably the best branch I have visited. The people working there are kind, professional and respectful. I have visited this branch many times in the past and in every visit I was met with excellent customer service! keep it up and thank you

  We’ve been having a really hard time trying to get a form notarized. One of the notaries working right now went above and beyond. So, shout out to her! Otherwise, from what I’ve heard, the credit union is by far the best bank to have.

  My financial security improved significantly once I stopped banking with UWCU. Worst, most inflexible financial institution I have ever had the misfortune of banking with. Never again!

  Worst bank !! I was in the hospital and signed my student loan check over to him to DEPOSIT into his account. Husband has been with UW for 10 years. My bank just happened to not be in state and since I was in the hospital I couldn't cash it. Needless to say , they wouldn't deposit the check. Bad bank , Husband went to another bank who treats people fairly.

  The LEAST helpful and most rude and unknowledgable staff around. Overwhelming how little they care about you as a customer. If you're looking to open an account I'd highly recommend to stay away from this bank and this branch in particular
