  The Mobile Deposit is a hit or miss or Hail Mary at best. My clear iPhone 11 photos were very clear and accepted as such but never deposited . I found out 7 days later that the copy THEY made of the deposited check was distorted almost beyond recognition. They never notified me and blamed me for their faulty copy of the check. VERY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE UVACCU1

  All of the branches of this bank are great. The people are nice and very personable. I have done all my banking there since I was a teenager.

  I've dealt with at least a half a dozen different banks, and multiple branches of each. UVA Community Credit Union is one of the two best banks I've ever dealt with, along with another credit union. And this branch has always been good - very short wait times, friendly and helpful staff, convenient location. My only complaint is the access is only on one side of one street, but talk about #firstworldproblems, right?

  UVA CCU is my local bank. They have always been super helpful and friendly when I've gone in to deposit money in my account or when I have questions about my account. When I accidentally overdrew my account because I misjudged the delay on depositing cash to the ATM, they were understanding and waived the fee. When I went to talk to someone about opening a business account they were very bad at communication and seemed to talk to me like I was an idiot which I did not appreciate.

  The Arlington BLVD location service is not good they are not nice people when you go inside need to fix.
