  Without a doubt, the most professional and positive home mortgage experience I've had. The entire USAVA team works together to get you the best rates and lenders available. Amanda Graham, in particular, was great! She kept us informed every step of the way--even though she had just had her baby! It's funny, we stumbled into USAVA by accident--and it was the most fortunate "accident" we've ever had.

  In all the years of home ownership, and the countless applications for mortgages and refinances, never have we gone through a process that went so smooth and on schedule before; and got us into our VA Loan that we tried for many years before. USAVA made the process so relaxing we kept wondering why other institutions can't adopt the same principles as those utilized by USAVA. The staff is fantastic, very knowledgeable, kept you updated every step of the way; and if need be were there to hold your hand through the entire process. I will always use USAVA as my first stop for home mortgages/refinancing and look forward to the next time!

  USAVA helped me refinance in 2016. Everyone was very helpful and was able to answer any questions that I had. If I called for some reason, one of the representatives replied that same day, most times within the hour. Mark has been knowledgeable and helpful when I called to ask if I should refinance again since that date and explained in detail why I should or should not make any changes to my current rate. The USAVA gained my trust and loyalty from the very beginning.

  These guys were awesome. My wife and I have done both a home purchase and a refinance with them over the years, and each time it's been great. Anyone that's done this kind of thing knows it can be stressful to pull all the documentation together. They had people helping us through not only which documents to put together but how to organize them to make the process move quicker. They also just lay everything out so it all makes sense rather than it being a mystifying experience and we were never left wondering what was going on. Highly recommend USAVA.
