  My husband and I have been members here for about 6 years and our son has been a member since he got his first job about 4 years ago. The employees are always very helpful and extremely friendly and welcoming. They helped us so much when our son went to college, insuring a seamless transition for his banking needs while away at school. I would recommend this branch to anyone for all banking needs!

  A more helpful and friendly bank branch would be hard to find! The Mount Juliet US Community Credit Union has consistently for numerous years treated me like I was their most important client, and they do the same for each person that walks in the door. I've experienced financial professionalism while at the same time enjoyed humor, warmth and excellent banking service. I would rate them A++++ and recommend their services without hesitation.

  I've been a member for almost 2 years and love the small town feel of this bank. I have an account and a loan with them. Everytime I'm in the tellers, especially Jessica, are very nice and treat me with respect. I have 2 kids and I'm by myself usually. They are patient and helpful. I will say that Jessica goes above and beyond to ensure that my banking needs are met, she is polite and very nice!

  Hands down the best credit union i have ever banked with. The customer service here is awesome. We started our account online before we moved here and although we had technical difficulties the people helping us were fast, friendly and very helpful. I even consider some of them friends! My entire family, to include my 2 young kids, banks here and I highly recommend USCCU to anyone looking for a pleasurable banking experience. AWESOME JOB!!

  I generally have a great experience when working with US Community Credit Union regardless of the branch but I must admit the one on N. Mount Juliet Road is by far the best! Katelyn always recognizes me immediately and calls me by name. She is very kind and compassionate, going above and beyond to give stellar customer service! In a world where customer service does not exist I really appreciate all she, and the others, at this branch do to treat members well.

  This branch has always been so helpful when I needed to get money out of my account. I am a member of a different credit union that is in their shared locations with my branch. Jessica is one of the tellers there and she has always been so helpful with me! Thanks for the awesome service!

  It is always a pleasure to visit US Community Credit Union in Mt. Juliet. I am always greeted with smiling faces and the BEST customer service. They are always able to answer my questions. I highly recommend this branch because of the excellent customer service I always receive and because they offer some of the best services of any other credit union or bank.

  I moved here from out of state and chose US Community credit union because it was part of the credit union coop and I am happy I did. They made it so easy to open accounts and move my money. I am very appreciative of the kids room. My 3 year old was not excited about going to the bank but you have changed his mind about banks. He was happy and it made everything go so much easier.   I have been a member of the credit union for a number of years. I used to go to the downtown location but after buying a home in the Mt Juliet area I now go to the Mt Juliet branch. I have had a number of cars financed through them as well as Checking acct and a credit card. Recently i purchased a new car which Jessica Ashby handled the transaction. She is a delight to work with, very professional and courteous. The tellers all make you feel like family every time you visit. I can not say enough great things about them all. They have my business now and forever
