They go above and beyond to ensure timely answers and provisioning of information. Their process is well established and simple to follow.   I have worked in the Real Estate industry for 17 years. First 2 years as a Loan Originator, then as a Real Estate Agent for 12 years and the last 3 years as a Broker in New Construction: In my experience, I have seen few Loan Originators provide the same high level of customer service, professionalism and the sense of urgency I have witnessed from Mary Marcum Dark. Moreover, there is not one single person who can write and manage a Construction Loan to her level of competence, professionalism and satisfaction. Great follow up and close contact with her customers is only bested by her skills, knowledge base and her friendliness. Using anyone else is risky from my perspective.
