  Good interest rates for credit worthiness. Yes or no answer in minutes. Get to talk to the loan officer that tells you yes or no.( Not someone in some other town that doesn’t know you , or you them. ) I came from Oklahoma to use this bank. Keep up the good work United! 5 Stars for sure!

  I love the staff at this branch of UFCU! Everyone is so helpful and polite. Sharon and Tia went out of their way today to get several things done at the end of the day on Friday for me and I truly appreciate them :)

  Being a small town like Van Buren makes banking easier, and the staff is always courteous and ready to assist their customers. They make one to feel welcomed and very important!   I love my credit union. The staff take the time to get to know you. You are treated like family. They are efficient, through and fast. They know how important your money is to you and make you feel very comfortable with every visit. Their staff is friendly and make you feel like you are their most important customer.

  So I've tried to call for the past 15 minutes to pay my car loan and other loan. All I get over and over is a busy signal and call drops repeatedly. Did you change the number or what?
