  Some are nice but they always sound like they're trying to hurry up and get off the phone with you like you're inconveniencing them. Kind of annoying except Mrs. Connie. She's always super nice. They also are not very up front about the interest,etc.. have to keep asking questions to find out what you're getting yourself into and the lady who talked to me about that sounded like she was trying to hurry up and get off the phone. Once I tried paying with a credit card and a lady said that they're unable to take that which I didn't realize and was about to tell her okay I'll have to call back but she immediately hung up. It's just like the customers are an inconvenience to them. Thankfully I'll have means to pay them back even though it's a very large interest rate.

  The company was very polite and respectful in the beginning. Then I ran into a bit of bad luck and was put in a financial bind. I ended up getting kick out of my house because I threaten to report the landlord because he wouldn't do any repairs that he is responsible for handling. So I became homeless and I informed everyone of the situation. This company started the process of garnishing my wages and because I didn't live at my mom's anymore I never received a notice until it was too late. When I called up there to get them to work with my because I've been homeless and not being able to afford groceries or anything the lady told me it wasn't her problem and giggled then proceeded to hang up on me. Every time I can this company they always have an attitude and are very disrespectful.

  Usually very understanding as long as you keep in communication with them. We were late a few payments but were always up front about it. Friendly and understanding staff.
