  Amy Pfeffer is and always has been an amazing professional! She has been my personal banker for years and she ALWAYS is a great help. Much of my banking business required international banking efforts and Amy was always able to get the job done smoothly. I don't know what she earns at the bank, but she goes over and above to earn it.

  During my recent visit to United Community Bank, I needed assistance with my safe deposit box. I was greeted by Personal Banker Sandra Waldon. She got me all set up, kept her distance, and respected my privacy. She answered all my questions very professional and courteous, and printed out 2 reports for me. All this, while working through her lunch hour. United Community Bank sets the bar high for customer service. This is what hometown banking is all about!! Thanks again U.C. Bank and Sandra.

  We worked with Jen Hendrickson to refinance our home and she was amazing. When meeting with Jen about a different matter, she mentioned that the interest rates that day were incredibly low and we should think about refinancing our mortgage. I asked her if she would take a look, and the next day she called me with some exciting news. Due to the great interest rates, we were able to roll our mortgage and two other loans into one loan, refinance from our original 30 year mortgage to a 15 year mortgage, and still pay the same monthly payment that we are paying now. Because of this refinance and Jens great work, we will be saving thousands of dollars on our home loan. Thank you Jen Hendrickson and United Community Bank!

  Worked with Lori Mattfeld to buy a lake cabin, and the whole experience was fantastic. I have watched the struggle of others to buy a lake cabin, using local Fargo Moorhead banks and the stress they go through and try to recommend United Community Bank. We had no issues at all with United community bank, and even my real estate agent was impressed with the speed and efficiency that they provided. Truly made the lake cabin buying process much less stressful.
