  This bank has the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with and I use several banks. No one knows anything or can answer you questions and their famous response is “I just work here”. They think they can talk over customers and have a very bad attitude with everyone. I won’t be banking with them anymore. They also made a transaction from one account of mine to another without my permission and when I called to find out what’s going on, the branch manager is “in a meeting with another client”. I seem to see this problem in many reviews here. It’s time they get shut down!

  I have been with United ever since it was Smithfield State bank. I've seen the customer service fall apart over the years. United is not about the customer anymore and only about profit. There is very little consideration for individual needs and yes, I am only a number to them. I have dealt with much better banks and I'm considering leaving United.

  Not a bad bank at all. Service is fast. They can store your money for you in a vault.

  Friendly employees & clean. Seems like their always willing to help. Nice little bank with drive through and ATM.
