  I was one of two people in line at the drive thru right before closing. All the lights were green when I pulled into line and the person in front of me was served. I was not, the container in the tube was pulled up and not a word was said to me when I made myself seen. It was not even 4:31 when I checked my clock and besides that I was already in line and the only one. I usually don't have problems with this bank but I feel commhon curtesy dictates that I should've been helped. This isn't even the first time this has happened.

  The bank usually isn’t very busy and you’re assisted quickly, and I’ve never had an issue with anything. I’ve had my cards replaced and made deposits without issue.

  Website says drive through closes at 5 p.m an I show up at 15 till an they are closed

  Uneducated person's working at the bank having had no training post hiring .... and are extremely poor in customer satisfaction.

  I’ve always had a good experience here. It’s very clean and the customer service is top notch.
