William Sarmiento1Horrible customer service!!! Fees is the name of their game!!! Unpleasant experience. If you have an issue their HQ wont help. Only the branch where you open the account Will talk to you and then send you to a manager!!!! Good luck trying to talk to a manager!! Im still waiting for a call back. Don't waste your time and money. Go to a big bank and avoid headaches!!!!!!

Solomon Messing1They charged me fee after fee because they couldn't deliver monthly statements until the account had nothing left. Then they closed it. All without telling me. Representatives and managers refused to do anything about it when I told them this was a problem. I thought I was doing my community a favor by bringing my business here instead of going with a big bank, but I guess no good deed goes unpunished. Next time I'll go with Capital One or B of A.

Henry Towberman1The worst bank I've ever used. They "erroneously" charge large amounts of money to your account and refuse to fix it. One step away from criminal. Avoid them at all costs. For those curious about exactly what happened to me and how terrible this bank really is, full story below. Like many people, I submit my pay by check every month. A few days later, my car payments are due, and get charged automatically to the account. One unfortunate day, my check bounced. I tried again. No luck. I call the bank, why did my check bounce? I need to pay bills. They said their "system was down" and that's why I couldn't deposit. I said when does your system come back, they didn't know. I said can I do anything about this? They said no. The "system was down" for ten days. During this time I was unable to use my credit card or pay for anything. My car payment was charged, putting my account into the negatives. They charged me a 40 dollar overdraft me. I called them again. I said it was bad enough I couldn't use my card for 10 days, but now I'm being charged on top of it? They apologized and removed the charge. Ok, good, annoying but fine. At least things should work now right? Next month comes. Same thing happens. I call again. I tell them I need to use my card and pay my bills, and I dont want more fees. They tell me that because I had an overdraft fee last month, that I cant make mobile deposits anymore. I said the fee way their fault, and it was waived. They said it didn't matter, and that the system was never even down and they dont know who told me that. I said I'm in Vermont I cant bring a check in. I asked them to fix this mess, and that I would do what I can to help. They said mail the check. I asked if I would be charged more fees. They said yes, but they would waive it. So I mailed my check. Another 9 days without being able to use my card. Another overdraft fee. But this time they refused to waive it as promised. I called them back and they ignored my call. Even with complete compliance with their rules and instructions, I am only able to use my card a third of the time with this bank, and apparently will be billed unavoidable overdraft fees on top of it. I'm cutting my losses, I'm never getting my money back, I am closing my account. Please dont make the same mistake I did by going with this bank. They only want your money by any means necessary, and do not care if you are even able to use your credit or debit card. Avoid them like the plague.

Toni Genberg5I've been banking at this branch for over 10 years and they've always been courteous and competent. While everyone's needs are different and I don't interact with them a whole lot, when I do visit, the employees are friendly and efficient.

Crystal Boyd1Horrible service. Very disorganized. I left this bank once for unpleasant employees. They bought my new bank. I tried it for a while for both business and personal accounts. Closing them again. Not up to speed with service or technology. Thumbs down.
