You won’t be putting $500 down. They charge additional insurance for a car that any other insurance won’t put full coverage on because it’s over 10 years old. So, if your car is totaled trust they are benefiting in more ways than the rest. Their phone never works so don’t plan on communication unless you are a day late they call immediately. I wish I knew more about cars that I could have gone elsewhere before I got into this bind. Oh yeah through their finance prepare for double the amount of what’s on the paper. From $15gs to $30g. For 2006 car. That I’m faithfully having to buy new pieces. On my second battery now have to buy a starter

I don't know about anyone else but I've only had awesome experiences with them. I have a great car and my rep Cassandra is a GOD send. I See why she's awesome we have the same name. Lol but anyways I haven't had a bad experience even before her and Mary is as sweet as can be but that's just me.

I’ve been dealing with this “company” for a little over a month and take it from me SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME, STRESS , and MONEY ! Go anywhere else , these people are dirty, corrupt , and grimy. They will tack on extra fees every chance they get , and you’ll be paying way more than what you INITIALLY EXPECTED. The payments and contract will somehow “change” and go up well over the value of the car . Your “payment” that you agreed to will somehow change every time you call to make the payment . They’re very unprofessional, unpredictable, and want to hop you from person to person every time you disagree with something they say . USE ANYONE ELSE .

I've been a reporter for 15 years and I often warn people about doing business with these kind of people. Unfortunately, I bought a car from them, and learned a lot about UAA since dealing with them. One they are privately owned by a individual, rather a corporation. Two you can sue them - that was someone's question. Three, I do agree they are mean, dirty, and corrupt. Four, they do sell their cars 3 times above the value of what a car cost. If you buy a car from them they have marked at $20,000 the car is really worth only $10,000 or less. If the car you purchase has issues, you will have to fix like you do with anything else. I keep up with all my payments and receipts. I even recently gave my contract to an attorney to review. The best advise I can give any person - is to make your payments if you purchase from them, and keep all your receipts and monitor how your payments affect your balance. Most scam companies are quick to report negative to credit bureaus. So, if you are trying to rebuild your credit, and can't commit to their guidelines, I would not deal with them, but take my business somewhere else. UAA is horrible, and I most definitely would not buy from them again based on what I've learned from experience - but their services do work and give people in need a vehicle if a vehicle is what they need. If you can repair your credit score first, do that with the down payment you would spend as a down payment on a car. That way you can qualify to get a car from anywhere, with low interest rates, rather end up with a car you really do not want, high interest rates, and 6 years of disgust with a contract deal you do not want with unprofessional people. At the end of the day, you make the choice to sign a contract or walk away. UAA, is not in business to help struggling consumers, but to put struggling consumers in debt to them with high interest rates long as your contract exist.

Got the car over a year ago . Price was 20,698 .. contacted Covid and was out of work got behind a few payments and was currently trying to catch up . The workers are extremely rude and don’t help you at all . After a year and a few months of paying on time and staying caught up my balance is still 19,857 dollars . That is impossible . This is a complete SCAM of a car Loan company . I do NOT recommend working with them AT ALL. MaryAnn hung up in my face 3 times while trying to find my belongings .

Where do I even start , I purchased a car from pats cars in august , here it is November and my car stop working I had to pay 1200 to get it fixed and got behind on my payments by a month , last payment was made December 30 or 31st , despite me having to get my car fixed without the help of no one United auto keeps calling asking for payments I also made 3 payments in the month of December so I’m only behind a month , calling me asking me to make another payment . I asked abt a deferment they stated they’re currently not doing those but by law If affected by Covid and unable to work . Companies have to grants a deferment . I would never suggest anyone to work with this company’s on anything . 3 different ppl have handle my account since I got it in august and here it is just January and I’m having issues from the car and the company highly not recommended ghetto bird company , I’m all for fair and if I’m trying to work with a company because I was sold a lemon then the company needs to work with me also , I will be getting all the company’s policy’s and looking over my agreement and sending all information over to my lawyers to sort things out. Because it should be no way I’ve made 3 payments in December and my account is still behind this is crazy .

October 28, 2020 I call James Chavis about my car payment landing three time this month, saying I'm only obligated to pay $490 a month. He tells me that's not true that if I was paying monthly my payments would be more. Then he hones on to say if I was working and a extra week in a month came would I like them to not pay me for that third week. Now this was not necessary nor professional, but I'm sure you all will allow him to be ignorant to people who is paying your salary. My payments should be allowed a skip payment due to the fact I paid my note this month. I will inform no one to purchase from you all because I know this matter is not important to you.

This company will give anyone a car but you will be ripped off. Rates are extremely high. Cars severely over priced. They give no fx. Once you sign on the line. They got you. You better pray the vehicle doesn't give you any trouble. While reaching out to them for any help.. both the salesman at the dealer and the finance office will blame each other for the dirty deed. 1st red flag I was blind to....none of their vehicles have prices on the m. Stay away run it is a trap.

DO NOT..I REPEAT DO NOT FINANCE FROM THIS PLACE!!! Would give 0 stars if I could. Every review is correct these people are EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I have been threatened to be repo'd in the middle of me trying to make a payment!!!! I have been hung up on and cut off by the "Manager" Anthony who should be FIRED IMMEDIATELY!!!! He was extremely rude and unprofessional and should not be working in customer service!!! He would not accept my payment. This is NOT how a company should be ran!!! Would never recommend this ghetto establishment to my worst enemy!!! Should be closed immediately!
