  I love the bank in Blackshear that I typically use. Unfortunately, I have lost my debit card and didn’t realize until I got to Waycross. I have never walked in a place where the people were so unwelcoming and acted so miserable. It’s a Friday! The young blonde lady at front acted as though she was miserable. . As though she could do with ones business without.. I won’t make the mistake of coming to this branch again.

  I've done my banking here since I moved back to Waycross. Any problem I've ever had is taken care of professionalism and the people are very nice.
