  I was so unaware of all that goes into financing a house. There are so many details, so many hoops to jump through, so many “I”s to dot, and “t”s to cross. Not only are the staff at Unitas Lending totally knowledgeable of all the pitfalls that must be avoided, and legal ways to present your best offer — but it feels as if a trusted friend is holding your hand, walking you through the process. Brent and Pam listen to you carefully, asking the right questions, and carefully guiding you through the minefield — safely to that new home.   The process was very smooth and quick. They had a great communication and always kept me informed on the status of my case and follow up on me on a regular basis. I'm very happy with the results.   I made a last minute decision to buy a home, didn't have much time, and constantly traveling between living in Florida & North. Hectic schedule to say the least.   I recommend Unitas and Brent, very highly, names you can trust! In 2019 I needed to get a loan on my home. The process was overwhelming! Then I thought of Brent Starts!
