  I'm going to switch bank because you guys have no right to be asking , who I'm sending money to and from. It is none of your business, your job is to do what you are told. So I'm not happy right now. It is my money not yours. After today I'm switch.

  This branch was so friendly and helpful! I especially loved JoAnn. She helped me open a savings account in no time and was so quick to answer my questions on anything and everything. Thank you for making my experience here great!

  Very trustworthy and knowledgeable group at Winfield's South drive through. If I need to move money, make a deposit in coin, or just have a question, they listen carefully and the do what needs doing. The lanes are open convenient hours, and of course an ATM.

  I always have a good experience with this bank.. customer service is excellent. Always friendly, and they go out of their way to get to know their customers.

  I hate this place. Worst place to bank at. I wouldn’t recommend AT ALL! The staff are rude and they accuse you of identity theft and don’t take the account holders requests into consideration. There is one lady named Joan that is horrible. She is extremely nosy and into everyone’s business. We had the worst experience here. I’d give them 0 stars.
