  They took a chance on me and offered me an opportunity to drive a nicer, newer vehicle. I got a great rate with $0 down. I do all my banking business with them now. The Kasasa cash back checking with savings plus the round up feature is great! I earn cash back plus the extra change on each debit card purchase. Very good options for saving money in these trying times. 👌

  The worst bank I've ever dealt with. Created a new loan with them for a vehicle and set up auto pay. They didn't set it for the correct amount and they reported late payment. I decided to pay off my truck early because of the horrible customer service and it took them a month of going back and forth with me to final get the payment done. They supposedly mailed the title but it never came. Now I have to file for a lost title and wait for them to send me a release of lien. Do not do business with them

  I have been trying to dealing with my dead fathers estate, I called twice and was told to leave a message in the last month to try to resolve this, zero follow up from them and today when they finally answer they are of zero help unwilling to tell me documents they needed. Update thank you John for helping, out if only I had spoken to you first.

  Union Square Credit Union is BY FAR the BEST banking organization I have ever had to deal with. Not only do their interest rates out perform every other institution that offers interest bearing accounts, the people that work there are, bar none, the friendliest and most helpful! If you're looking for a place to put your money where you can actually make a good rate AND feel valued and appreciated anytime you have to visit or speak with someone over the phone, look no further! You will love this Credit Union!

  I went in today to cash a savings bond only to find out they don’t do this. I looked on the website but no answer and the line was long this morning. I was told only banks can do this but I went to another credit Union and they happily helped me.

  They financed my last auto purchase, I'd never used then before. Their people on the Customer Service phones couldn't be more helpful or pleasant. Later I visited their office to set some other accounts up, and once again, everyone was terrific. As interest rates dropped I contacted them about refinancing the loan - again, everyone involved was helpful and pleasant. How on earth do they find and retain such fabulous people?!?!

  This credit union must be great as I have been a member for more than 50 years. The employee's are always friendly and always very helpful with any problem that I might have. I have traveled many places on this world and if I need anything all it takes is a simple phone call and they will be there. I highly recommend this credit union as I have made loans thru them and maintain a open account thru them.

  I always get prompt, friendly service. Sheppard AFB was my 1st assignment in the Air Force in 1971 and I returned there in 1980. I left the area in 1984 but I still get treated like I'm local even with a small account.
