  Bryan has always been a pleasure to work with; he helped my family previously on our refinance and when it was time to buy a new home I already knew who to turn to. I have previously referred him to many friends and family members, and they have had the same experience. Bryan goes above and beyond to make sure all your questions and concerns are addressed. He's honest and works hard to make sure its a pleasurable experience. He's the only one I'll go to for my mortgage financial needs.

  Phil Jones was always available. Polite, responsive, and helpful. I’ve had three different loans with Phil (two refinance(s) to lower our mortgage rate and one after we bought our second house). The most recent refinance helped us save $1,300 / year. He has always been able to save us money. In fact, I have recommended Phil to all of my family / friends and he has been able to help them save money as well. I would highly recommend contacting Phil to see what he can do for you!

  You can not do better than Union Savings Bank. Ryan was great, the whole team was great. Took about 80 days but that's because its crazy busy and the covid thing but WELL worth the wait. I've been with Union Savings for over 10 years, super nice people and they always on point with any questions or concerns. You will be very happy if you get a mortgage from these people, especially if you've dealt with other companies.

  I had a excellent experience refinancing my mortgage with Chris Richardson. Total closing cost of $299 plus $75 county recorder fee were as advertised! I still can not believe it only cost me that to refinance. My payment is way lower now which is great.

  We refinanced with Ryan Baumann at USB and would highly recommend them. They were professional, very responsive to our questions, courteous, and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and comfortable. Their refinancing costs were lower than other banks we priced and they were able to offer a very competitive rate. We would use them again.

  If I could have given a zero I would have. The closing costs to refinance were reasonable but the service was horrendous. Phil was extremely rude and disrespectful to me in his emails. He insisted on something that he had no knowledge of. When he was given accurate information by the credit bureau, he quickly quieted down. An apology from Phil was in order... but, if course, never received. If we hadn't have already invested so much time and money in the refinance, we would have went elsewhere. Two thumbs down!!👎👎

  I highly recommend Ryan Baumann. So easy to deal with and with ensure the new loan or refi process will be smooth. Union Savings bank cannot be beat with their rates and almost non existent fees!!

  Great bank to refinance through. Wont get berrter rates or lower closing cost. Very easy to send in documents and to close. Chris Richardson was very helpfull in answering any questions I had. Do yourself a favor and call them to refi.
