  Absolutely horrible to bank with. I have banked here for 3 years and they will do nothing but rob you with overdraft fees for their mistakes and refuse to correct them (I.e. double charges, not taking care of foreign transactions, etc.) They’ll leave you on hold for 10-20 minutes and “give your number to a manager to let them handle it in the morning.” Yeah no. Just this week because of their mistakes I’ve paid over $30 in late fees. I hate this bank and I’m now switching. Zero help, they don’t have your back.

  I enjoy banking here. People are friendly, app needs some work but for the most part it works great! What I don't like is the fees to have a check cancelled. I wish we could transfer money from one account to someone else who Banks with Unico in the app

  Thank you for your review. We understand that nobody likes fees but stopping a check creates additional work on our end. Fees for those types of items are standard in the industry. Please let us know what features you dislike in our app and we will pass them along to our programmers.

  They just bought out all the First Bank's in St. Francois County. Online banking has been a nightmare. If you don't have the most up to date OS on your PC you can not even log in on your PC. I installed the app on my iphone and was able to get going there and was able to log in twice. After that I haven't been able to log in since and their phone line is always busy. Apparently the Potosi Branch is the only one that has handles the online banking debacle they have. The main bank may be fine but until they get their act together on the online stuff I would say away unless you don't do online stuff, that's all I do.

  The brick and mortar bank is fine. But the online banking is a nightmare. The app doesn't work correctly half the time. And the mobile website doesn't work correctly either. Our rep at the bank says this is an ongoing issue.

  I have been a customer of Unico Bank for nearly 40 years. Excellent customer service, easy to do business with, very friendly staff.
