  I came here with my service dog to set up an account and had smiles and Zero harassment, banking here is easy, having a lock box for safe items, and the staff have really made us feel welcomed anytime!!!! Thank you!

  I have been with this bank for several years. Caleb helped me set up my account and has been there for any questions i have. I just spoke to Anthony who was very friendly and understanding when I had a rare overdraft fee due to the timing of my bills. I love my bank and am happy to recommend Upmqua to anyone I know!

  More atm fees than you can count.very inconvenient to find a atm that’s ok to use.will be looking into a new bank ever since Umpqua took over nothing but fees

  Not the friendliest people honestly seems like that they think it's a huge inconvenience to have u take out money hate having to go here Everytime to get bad stares or bad looks when I come up to the door. I think some of u need a career switch

  Stopped in to get a cashiers check, they had excellent covid precautions, but it took multiple attempts for them to get information on the check correct even though it was clearly written down.

  Very friendly staff and they offer a complementary ice-cream as well in most days during summer time.
