  The service here is usually really good and the people are super nice but today i went to get a cash advance through the drive thur, i was told i need to come inside because they dont do cash advances throught the drive thru. Once i got inside i stood there for literally a half hour waiting to be helped while they helped everyone in the drive thru. I left after standing there for 27 minutes and not being helped at all. I went to US bank and was in and out within 4 minutes.

  They are closing my dads accounts because he wanted cash out of his own accounts, He has been with them for around 30 years, You can be sure I will tell as many people as I can about how they treat people with money . I really shouldn't even give them one star,

  Called night before and asked best time to come in for a notary. They said between 9 and 10 is best[manager]. Showed up at 9:30 and still nobody to do a notary. Waste of time and gas.(35 miles) Oh and manager is super arrogant. I don't know how he became the manager with that attitude.

  Worst bank I've ever dealt with customer service is a joke the employees will lie to you and play stupid about it when confronted. If you want people playing games with your money this is the bank for you
