  Working with Tom was one of the best financial experiences of my life. I was hesitant to start the refi process due to how extensive I imagined it would be. Tom handled every detail with ease. He made it very convenient for us to get the work done, and get it done in a timely manner. He called or emailed at the appropriate times depending on the task at hand. When I initially called him, he actually answered his phone. He made himself available to us at odd hours and always knew the answers to our questions. I highly recommend giving Tom a call if you or someone you know is in need of a Mortgage Loan Officer. It will make your life and home mortgage needs a lot easier to deal with. Seriously, you’ve found him, now go ahead and make the call!

  Tom helped us buy our first home. Tom is located about 3 hours from our town, but he was recommended to us and I'm glad he was. Without ever meeting Tom in person, he was with us every step of the way and I felt like he was really working on our side to get us approved quickly. We are self-employed and our home was new construction, but it couldn't have gone any smoother. Tom was also very patient with all our newbie home buyer questions which we really appreciated.   All I have to say is wow after my experience with Tom. From explaining the full process from searching for a home to Closing.. Tom is truly committed to his customers. He worked on updating my numbers for an offer I wanted to make immediately, on a Sunday night with his family. He made sure to get every bit of information needed way ahead of time to avoid stress or issues later on. Super reliable, and made me feel completely safe and confident in my home buying process!! I will never look any further than Tom for any future purchases. You can't go wrong with him, I have absolutely nothing negative to say. As good as it gets!

  Tom is what a mortgage banker should be! I'd give more than 5 stars if it was an available option!I! He is FANTASTIC to work with by being available when needed and making what can be mundane process easy to understand! I would HIGHLY recommend going to Tom with your mortgage needs and he will make it a smooth and enjoyable process!

  Tom was amazing to work with. He made the entire refinance so simple and hassle free. He was available to answer questions via phone as well as email throughout the process. Tom is very helpful and easy to work with. All costs and fees were explained upfront. He even set up a title company to come to the house over our lunch hour for ease our challenging work schedules.

  Highly recommend Tom for any Mortgage needs. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to help answer any questions we had for our refinance. Professional yet personable, he made the whole process easy and took care of all the heavy lifting. All we had to do was ask questions when we had them and sign paperwork, Tom took ownership of everything else and made the process extremely smooth.   Tom helped my fiance and I purchase our first home and he did a fantastic job. He was very responsive, even worked evening and weekends to answer our questions/respond to emails. He was very detailed when he originally reached out to him and asked about pre-qualification. He helped us visualize how much we could afford and what the monthly payments would be before we even obtained the loan. Would highly recommend working with Tom. He is very experienced and works hard to make sure his customers are well taken care of.

  Tom at U.S. Bank was so incredibly helpful during my homebuying experience. His knowledge of banking, personal finance, real estate and all things related to buying a home greatly increased my confidence in the mortgage process. He explained different aspects in different ways so I could fully understand the pros/cons of rates, down payment and length of the loan. I will surely use him again on my next home purchase.
