  Once again I'm left with no bank branch to make deposits with. Doors locked, lights off, no one in the building. I happen to enjoy all the staff at this branch, bbank. siness is business, and I can't work with a bank that isn't open for business. I am going to suggest my company switch me to another local banl.

  Have tried going there multiple times in the last 5 months, always closed even during their posted hours, the lobby and drive-thru. We get the covid/staffing stuff but it has been this way for about 2 years now. Strongly considering a different bank

  I wouldn’t even give them one star it’s required to leave one to leave a review. I waited in the bank drive up to cash a check for 30 minutes. The woman just continued she couldn’t get me the money to cash my check because the employee with the valet key to cash check didn’t come to work on time. After 15 minutes she offered to cash it & get the to cash the check because we had been waiting 15 minutes. We than waited 15 more minutes to cash a check.Where than we where told to leave & try again later. Very disappointed in the bank, the staff & they’re very unprofessional

  Their hours don’t allow for people that work a Monday-Friday schedule to be able to bank here. Posted Drive-through hours are 10-4. I was there at 1 pm and they weren’t open.

  This bank is the most difficult to work with, and the most inconvenient bank. If you bank anywhere near Sheridan. This is the only u.s. bank location I've ever encountered with not only incompetent old and unlearned staffing. But most employees don't know how to do regular responsibilities and actions your banker should know. They also close at 4 when every other bank closes at 5 in the area. And they are now not accepting more then 500 cash in person at a location.. definitely not a good place to bank. Which is sad to say after banking with u.s. for 5 years :/

  This bank is never open. The drive through hours online are listed as 9:00 am-4pm, and they are still rarely open. I’m going to move my money to another bank.

  Being a business owner and over a year after covid and still the bank is open for a few hours a day closing at 2? . Set appointment to switch banks and close business account.
