  The good: we’ve been customers over 15 years and we’ve had great experiences with the people at this branch. They have been friendly, caring, and helpful The not so good: diminishing services. First they cut safe deposit boxes and now they won’t redeem EE savings bonds. Reason given: fraud. However, I checked with BMO bank on Clarkson and they will redeem them if you have an account with them. The only reason we are staying with this bank for now is the relationship with the people. We are hopeful more services aren’t cut

  A bank that holds checks for deposit for 7 days is absolutely useless. If you are looking for help the branch manager Brad will be glad to be rude, belittling and argumentative rather than be helpful. If you are thinking of opening an account here I would certainly go to another bank as this one is incompetent.

  Personal banker Christine guided us through the difficult changes that were needed. What I thought might be a really challenging experience, was easy and pleasant. It's the personal touch that makes all the difference.

  I do both my Business & Personal banking here. The staff is amazing and so friendly. They work extremely fast and are always there to help with anything and everything bank/loan/money related. Been with US BANK for 15+ years and will never go anywhere else. They treat me like family and have since day 1!! Keep up the good work US BANK team!!!

  The service at US Bank has always been very professional and friendly. The tellers are consistently welcoming. My experience with Christine Cole has been nothing but true professionalism.

  The branch Manager Brad has always been exceptionally helpful and responsive. We've banked with them for over 10 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Christine, Kyle, Mike and the rest of the Teller group are always very friendly. We love doing business here!

  I had the very distinct displeasure of working with Christine Cole "Sales and Service Manager". Not only did I wait for 15+ minutes to talk to her; once I got to here there was no service involved. We were in the locaiton hoping to get an issue with a check taken care of and Christine would not even so much as make a conference call with us. Christine was both condecending and outright rude to my GF and I. Needless to say we are working on removing our business from US Bank completely.

  Apparently, the management at this location feels that U.S. Bank already has too many customers. My experience with Kyle, Christina, and Brad was so awful that after 20 years with US Bank I’ve closed my account.
