  The women are very polite and sweet. The bank itself is very quiet, & clean. I had no issues with getting my account set up. They even walked me through setting up my online account to keep track of things. I don't care what the reviews says this is a great bank with great people.

  Terrible hours,overdraft fees are ridiculous. Not even open at all on Saturday, no other bank treats there customers this bad. Thinking of moving to another bank.

  I have banked with US Bank for YEARS! I am just extremely unhappy with how I’m treated every time I come here. I am a hairstylist and entertainer so I have cash money that I save deposit regularly. Since the bank hours don’t match my schedule I literally deposit at the ATM and do most my business online. But the MOMENT I have to visit a branch it’s always a situation where I feel uncomfortable bringing a large amount of cash to deposit. Today I had to pull to the back of the line when my money was neatly placed in a box because it was all folded into $20 increments. They as in US Bank as a whole make it impossible to find a banking location. If it wasn’t such an inconvenience to move all my automatic withdraws to a different bank I would have done this years ago. There are no real benefits to banking with US Bank at all. I’m just so over it and will eventually bite the bullet and make the switch. I realize it’s just a bank but as I climb the ladder financially I would expect to be valued as a customer and a guest. It was always so exciting going to the bank as a kid, now it’s almost as awkward as getting an oil change.

  I have banked here for years. However, it is becoming more and more inconvenient. They no longer have Saturday hours, the ATM is always out of order, and the only other ATM in town doesn't take deposits. The bank ATM works, but you have to wait 5 minutes for screen to come up after entering your pin. You can't leave because of already entering pin. If you are going to stay with no Saturday hours, at least have a functioning ATM!!

  I drove over here from Evansville because it's the only u.s. Bank location in the area. Lobby is not open its drive-thru service only so I decided to use the ATM for my deposit. Also the ATM offers contactless card but then it rejects it telling you this location does not accept it.

  I have several banks and this is by far the worst bank I have ever dealt with. They let you overdraft just to collect fees and then they add more fees. Because they covered a $10 transaction for me I am now $200 in the hole.. do not bank here
