      Joseph took advantage my Grandmother financially. She went in months ago to close her Credit Card account. She went in (only dealing with Joseph) multiple times over the months due to charges on a "closed" account. When I tried to speak with him, he told me I was not allowed in the bank with my grandmother to help her and hung up on me 3 times. My grandmother and I filed a complaint with customer support, but in case they don't fire him for this Abhorrent CRIME, please, DO NOT WORK WITH JOSEPH! He will take advantage of you and your grandparents. He should NEVER be allowed to work in finance again.

      If you have a credit card with US Bank, a piece of advice, don't die. If you die, your loved ones will be tormented by a host of incompetent people who don't know how to process the closure of your account. My mom passed 3 months ago, seven attempts later, two death certificates delivered, power of attorney, online, on the phone and in person, and my mom is still be charged $9.99 a month for a lousy subscription service. Yes, we tried to cancel said subscription service, but figured it would be easier to just stop the card by proving her death. Nope! Not with US Banks! Apparently, it takes an Act of Congress or a $200 letter from an attorney to stop the card and close the account. Pathetic. To be clear, in the aftermath of our loss, just three weeks after when we mustered the energy to run all these errands, two other banks were super easy. Death certificate, power of attorney, executor of will, done. Three months later and we are still getting a statement from US Bank. Nobody knows how to record someone's death at US Bank. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

      I use U.S. Bank for my personal checking, savings, and two credit cards. I like their no annual fee Cash Plus credit card because I can choose two categories like cell phones or home utilities to earn 5% cash back on my purchases in those categories. When I redeem points on their Flex Perks card, I don't get charged airport or airline fees. You can also use points to pay for the annual fee. I can find a branch in most neighborhoods and cities like Woodinville and Kenmore where I frequently visit. Unfortunately, I can't recommend U.S. Bank to my QuickBooks customers that I set up, fix, clean up, train, and provide the software for a discount because unlike other banks, you can't download their transactions directly into QuickBooks desktop Pro or Premier like Chase, Bank of America, BECU, and other financial institutions at no charge. What's so difficult about enabling that?

      TERRIBLE BANK DONT OPEN AN ACCOUNT HERE The tellers and reps are all fine, it's the business practices that are awful. I have had to CALL the fraud department MULTIPLE TIMES A WEEK FOR MONTHS because they will PUT A FRAUD NOTICE ON YOUR ACCOUNT AND LOCK YOUR CARD EVERY TIME YOU MAKE A PURCHASE ONLINE. Using caps for anyone just skimming.

      I had money to deposit to pay off a bill, and the atm broke down while the money was being deposited. The manager assured that the money would go back in that night or he would call. Neither happened. And I haven't heard back from him when I called and left a voicemail. Otherwise US Bank has been very great to me. Just...not This one :(

      Blonde girl working for the drive up service today had a really dull attitude. I have no issues coming to this bank but the blonde chick ruined my vibe today.

      Horrible customer service! Spent 30 minutes on a single customer with 5 people waiting in line, never asking that customer to stand aside to help others. Just making us wait, while they make small talk wasting time. Careless and extremely rude!
