Copper Quist5Very friendly, helpful, and they will work with non customers if you need to break bills or get change. I can't speak to their accounts, but their credit card is nice and they are good community members.

Christian Robertson2I bank with a few different banks in Rexburg, and the US Bank branch here is by far the worst of the banks I deal with. Every time I make a deposit I get asked about where I live and what my occupation is, even though it hasn’t changed since I opened my account with them. When I ask the employees why they need that info, I get a different answer every time. It would be great if they would open the lobby as well.

Elite Roofing1This is the slowest bank I have ever been to. They have two people working in the bank on a Friday afternoon. They won’t let you enter the lobby and you have to go through the drive-through. Somebody needs to step in and do a better job in management.

I've had to deal with all sorts of different issues with lost cards and weird international transfers, and complicated processes while I was abroad, and I've always elected to call the branch instead of working with the general customer service because working with the employees here has been an absolute dream. They're quick and efficient and always willing to go the extra mile to help.

Brian Hemple1Maybe it’s because I’ve had high expectations for US bank with other branches I’ve worked with but over the past 4 years that I’ve done business at this branch I’ve run into lots of problems. Most employees are usually pretty friendly but things that should be quick and simple turn into hours almost every time. The loan officers seem to have very little knowledge about what they are doing and are constantly having to ask their supervisors questions about things that they should know very well, like what the difference is between a hard and soft credit pull for example or the difference between saving accounts offered. The branch is super unorganized and it always feels like things end in lots of mistakes being made, inaccurate information being given and with me feeling very frustrated and at a loss because of their incompetences. One experience I had with their mortgage officer was almost enough to make me close my account with them and switch banks. Avoid this branch.

Brittany Ashbaker1I don't know why, but if you walk in to be helped.. it takes forever. I understand they are busy with other things at work, but when nobody is in line they make you wait in the lobby for 20+ minutes. At my other bank, I can walk in and leave in 5 minutes or left for similar transactions.
