      The asphalt around the building is a mess, very uneven, you must drive very slow, maybe its by design. The employees are pleasant and personable. They may even remember your name. The service is quick. Never had an issue.

      I needed a Medallion Stamp. Not the easiest thing to locate a branch with the capability, and then to find an authorized person who's actually happy to provide the service. I was luckily referred to Demetra, who took care of me professionally, efficiently, and pleasantly. First rate.

      They nice when you first opening a account or have money in your account. I needed help with my debit card and asked help and I get threatened and had terrible service?! Just because I had overdrawn balance, NICE!

      that's because there is no zero star option provided. Our experience with this branch - customer service is horrible and they do not express any apology for the inconvenience(s) caused. I saw not benefit in elevating or talking to the manager because the result is same. I will stop all services and look for a better bank.
