  Counted 5 people in the branch and only one teller for a line of 6 people. Waited almost 30 minutes to get my withdrawal while the teller Katie had a long and unnecessary conversation with each customer. Looking for a new bank while in line.

  The employees here are the best! I am pretty disappointed that they no longer have Saturday hours. It was one of the reasons I chose them as my new bank last year. Not only have they eliminated their Saturday hours but now they are only open 3 days a week, with limited hours. They're making it very difficult for some of us to actually get into the branch and access our own money other than through the ATM. I may need to move my acct to a bank that is actually open to its customers.

  The tellers and Branch Manager (Jenni Wynn) at this branch are fantastic! Helpful, courteous, and fun! We just had a slightly complicated transaction to complete and they were responsive and super easy to work with! Thanks!

  Always so kind and helpful to my mother who banks here. They know her by name and go out of their way to make her feel comfortable doing her business. Wonderful people, particularly Christina(not sure on spelling).

  Asked to hold when called was on hold 13 minutes. Called back was put on hold again and during covid can’t be that many people in the bank. The gal that answered was immature and rude. With people out of work and needing a job , hire someone !
