      Good bank, BUT DON'T USE THEIR CURRENCY EXCHANGE TABLE at this location. Go online at the US Bank website and convert currency there. I made the mistake of converting $1,300 USD to Euro's, they gave me $980 euro's at their desk. However I went to US Bank's online conversion and calculated the exchange to be $1,034, so I felt like I was shorted $55 Euros. I called the Travelex helpdesk (who US Bank uses for their currency exchange) and they told me that I only get the online exchange rate if I go online and have them physically mail me the Euro's, and that if I do it at a bank location the bank adds their commission and fee. I understand that bank's make fees, and I'm ok with that, but it doesn't seem right that US Bank made a $55 Euro fee (about $60-$65 dollars) IN ADDITION to the fee that Travelex collected for the conversion.

      THEY RANK -10 in my book. This bank will go out of its way to take money from a person, via returning already completed transactions, not allowing one to make an account positive thus stoping a pending returned item..all so they may claim $36 more for the bank...at their customers dissatisfaction. They claim to be a top rated bank in the area of morality. They are scum.

      Should update online hours as they have apparently been open til only 4pm for over 3 months now. So glad I rushed here to make it by 5 since that’s what it says online!

      The rep for currency exchange was rude. She didnt seem too interested in helping me over the phone with my questions so I took my services elsewhere. Never again here for currency exchange.
