Toni Swanson1I've been so very frustrated with your banking hours! Your a Bank, shouldn't you stay open till 5:30 or 6pm?? By the time I get off work, I'm rushing to get to the bank. I get there, and your shades are down, which means what....means your Freakn CLOSED!! So Frustrating!!

Sierra Albright1They take forever. Just dropping off a retail deposit and I sit in the drive through for 30+ minutes. The other day is took them 15 minutes to simply acknowledge that I was in the drive through. I understand processing a large amount of deposits can take awhile, but when it takes them 30 minutes to do one deposit? Horrible customer service and they always prioritize people who pulled up after me. My work has us schuedsch an hour before open simply because of how long the bank takes and sometimes we are still late opening the store. If I could go elsewhere I would.

Brodhi Christianson1Been a loyal customer for 6 going on 7 years, this bank is the biggest waste of time, there not straight forward and give you no answers, they withhold over 3/4 of your check for longest I had was a week, can’t even get approved for a loan because I need a co signer that’s also been with them for 6 months, don’t waste your time and energy with this bank I’m getting ready to close my account

Ken Kubischta5I want to thank Lori Yarbrough of US Bank for helping with a wire transfer for final payment on our loan through First International Bank and Trust in Bismarck. Kinda shameful when you were told to go to your personal bank when you got your loan through First Internarional Bank to make final payment. Lori was very friendly and helpful. Thumbs up to US Bank Thumbs down to First International Bank.
