  I see few OLD bad reviews and a few good ones, the current manager Samuel was so kind. I started coming here after I few TERRIBLE experiences at another branch. Will be coming here as long as these lovely people are staffed there. So helpful and nice that's all I could ask for!

  I want to give 5 stars and zero stars. I want to preface by saying I love US Bank and have been with them for years. I recently opened my business account there as well. I just want to say, Tommy is one of the best. The new branch manager is a different story - he’s a total jerk. Condescending, Disrespectful and judgemental. He will treat you poorly without a shred of knowledge of your history or situation. I would discourage anyone from opening a new account there because Phil is not very kind. Heaven forbid if you get overdrawn or your balance is low he will ensure he throws that in your face. His hurtful and judgmental behavior truly destroyed my family’s holidays.

  If I could leave zero stars I would. I believe his name is Julio, chubby Hispanic guy with glasses. He is probably the most incompetent banker I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. He’s inexperienced and clearly not trained well. His current manager Phil is equally incompetent. If you appreciate proper customer service with experienced bankers then stay the hell away from here!!

  You guys supposed to be open to 6 p.m. I was there 5:30 bank that's closed you wasting my time .... I know is a day before Thanksgiving but it's not fair
