Ben Sutton1I would give them 0 stars if I could. This is the worst financial institution I have ever done business with. Their customer service is terrible. I know they are losing customers that have had the same experience. Corporate did everything possible to keep our insurance checks from tornado damage sustained to my home. Local branches did nothing to help, they kept saying it was out of their hands, there was nothing they could do. Their excuses were ridiculous and insulting. This will bank will do anything they can to line their own pockets and take advantage of their customers. I will be moving all of my business to another bank.
