Scott Peeler1Called to make sure they were open at 1015 am on Sat the 18th. Had to make a large deposit over the mobile limit. Called the 1800 number and was assured they were open. How can you be so irresponsible and careless to not only list correct hours but to staff a very small branch as not to inconvenience customers. Joke

Ryan Neiheisel1Would give 0 stars I’ve I could most rude customer service I have ever experience went in to deposit a check and was informed to “shut up or leave” by the teller so I walked out. I’ve been a restaurant manager for 8 years and would never allow this kind of behavior with a customer. I will be recommending all my friends and family close their accounts as well.

Nathan Day5I do most of my banking through US Bank's app, or online, but when I go to this bank branch, I am always met by a helpful and friendly staff. I'll admit that opening a new account for my teenagers takes a lot longer than I would expect, but they are thorough, and get the job done right. My last trip was to get cashier's checks, and they were quick to point out applicable fees so I wouldn't be surprised, and suggested other options that might also work. I have always appreciated how I have been treated at US Bank.

They can give me no information on my business and will not own up to their services saying that i need to call a number for assistance which in turn is some call center out of country. the manager doesn't even try at customer service stating "i told you three times blah blah"...very horrible..
