      We have been with us bank scottsbluff for a little over 2.5 years now and we are very pleased with them! We used kayla for our mortgage/closing and she took phenomenal care of us! They have an amazing banking app that makes it super easy to manage our checking, deposits, and mortgage ! Highly recommend!

      While our experience with U.S. Bank overall has not always been great, this branch is awesome and the reason we continue to bank with the company. They still understand the human side of things which is rare in this day. Thank you to the staff and especially management at this branch.

      Tellers are not very friendly or personable to any degree. Would not recommended. You can accomplish more by calling the US Bank National Number and speaking with one of their service representatives.
