  They have gone down hill. Their lobby is never open anymore, and if I physically need to go to the bank, it is easier to go in than drive thru, or else I would have done it online. Employees also can't seem to do much besides direct you to online services, annoying.

  Every time I go here the clerks are extremely rude and off-putting. It’s honestly incredible how low the customer service bar is at this US bank branch

  Horrible service I tried to bring in change that I was saving and was told I would have to deposit it rather than get the cash. With my account negative at the moment that would defeat the purpose. I even expressed that I get weekly deposits into my account and that it would be positive by next week. Still tried to extort my little savings. Never go to this branch.

  Great place and great service. The service from the tellers is above and beyond. Most of the time I avoid going the bank because of long lines and poor service, but not here! Great job guys!
